Fortunate and blessed. That is how I feel about forty years of listening deeply to humans' hearts and souls. Each of the hundreds (maybe thousands) of people whom I have spent time with has grown my consciousness to be more inclusive, more understanding, more integrated and more whole. I've gotten to know people from countries all over the world - each one touching my heart deeply - helping me realize I am not alone in whatever trauma I experienced; and that beautiful minds and good hearts exist everywhere.

Though I no longer offer one on one coaching - I will continue to write, and I will continue to offer occasional on-line courses. You might benefit from one of my courses if you are an intermediate to advanced meditator - and if you are later in your adult stage development. You may also be drawn if you would like to learn how to stabilize your advanced states of consciousness into a felt sense throughout your body; how to sense subtle energy tensions through your subtle energy field; and how to release super subtle karmic energy impressions into a clear and continuous flow of awake presence.

Most people who find me have taken courses with my friends Terri O'Fallon through Stages International or with Geoff Fitch and Abigail Lynam through Pacific Integral. Others come by way of Dustin DiPerna's Rigdzin community or through their friends. If you are a late stage practitioner looking to work with advanced awareness, subtle energy, and embodiment practices - then one of my courses may be right for you. If so - I look forward to seeing you there.

“Among her unique gifts, Venita exercises a “unitary presence” of mind-body assessment. She uses herself with restraint, empowerment and artistic deftness,

including a marvelous sense of timing.”
